B. Cancellation/No Show

Should your guest with a guaranteed reservation not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival without notice, a one-night room charge will be levied as no-show charge. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale.


C. Payment ( Choose one of multiple payment by Crossing the Number)

  1. By Guarantee Letter with maximum payment 1 weeks after departure date (unless alternate arrangement has been confirmed with the hotel's Credit Department )
  2. All charges will be settled by the guest upon arrival ( Deposit Room Stay + Other Charge )
  3. 50 % Charge for cancellation fee from the total bill one day before the guest check in and 100 % Charge for no show guest on the date.
